House!

Ok so it has been a crazy road trying to find a house as I'm sure many of you would know from experience. As I mentioned in former posts, we made an offer on a short sale and were waiting to hear from that. In the time we have been waiting we also have kept looking for other homes. We found a really nice one that by a miracle lowered their price and so we made a bid on that. They accepted our offer but only if the house they were buying worked out. Well that fell through and they wanted an extra $9,000 for the home so we bagged it. We then found a repo home that we really liked and made an offer on that. We had to wait 10 days and then find out if we were the highest bidder. On the 10th day we got a call from the previous house we had made on offer on. They had found a new home and wanted us to make another offer for the house. We were ecstatic! So we made an offer and waited to hear. The next day we found out we were the highest bidders for the repo. Later that day the other house accepted our offer! So basically we had 3 choices and magically were able to get the best one! I couldn't be happier and now we just have to go through the long process of securing our loan and we get to move in! Hurray.
